Frame & Fork — Privacy Policy
Last updated: 25 June 2026
Frame & Fork is local-first. Your puzzles, ratings, streaks, lessons progress, saved
games, and your Company Profile are stored on your device. The app has no accounts, no login,
no advertising, no third-party analytics, and no tracking SDKs.
The one time data leaves your device: AI role-play (optional, Pro)
The optional live role-play feature sends data to a third party, and you should know exactly
what and when:
- What is sent: the messages you type during a role-play, the buyer
persona setup for that session, and — only if you fill it in — your Company Profile
(what you sell and the objections you face). This text is sent to generate the AI buyer's
replies and your post-game coaching grade.
- Where it goes: directly from your device to Anthropic
(the maker of Claude), using the Anthropic API key you enter in Settings.
The request is made under your own Anthropic account. It does not pass
through, and is not stored on, any server the developer controls.
- How Anthropic handles it: governed by your agreement with Anthropic and
Anthropic's privacy policy (anthropic.com/legal/privacy).
Anthropic states it does not train its models on API inputs by default.
- If you never enter a key, the role-play feature is unavailable and
no data ever leaves your device — the puzzles, lessons, and master games
are fully local.
Your API key
Your Anthropic API key is stored in the iOS Keychain on your device and is used only to make
those role-play requests to Anthropic. It is never transmitted to the developer.
What is NOT collected
No personal information is collected on any server the developer controls. No advertising
SDKs, no third-party analytics (Mixpanel, Amplitude, Segment), no off-device crash reporters,
no tracking. The developer cannot see your role-play content, your ratings, or your Company
Profile.
Deleting your data
Settings → "Clear all data" erases your local progress, saved games, and Company Profile
from the device. Removing the app removes everything stored locally.
